PREAMBLE
I
Freemasonry is a society of free men of good report, who strive to
improve on their social and moral virtues, regardless of race, nationality, religion,
social standing or political beliefs. It promotes the development of its members in the
spirit of humanism, and bounds them to respect the freedom of thought, religion and spirit
of every person.
Respecting the afore mentioned tenets, the Croatian Freemasonry, whose Lodges are united in the Grand
Lodge of Croatia, accepts the The Charges of a Freemason (Old Charges) of the
English Constitution of Free Masons from the year 1723.
Freemasonry
promotes education and enlightenment, tolerance, human rights, establishing and support of
institutions for benefits to society.
The tenets of Freemasonry are brotherly love without prejudice, truth and self-improvement.
